- Mix steak sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in bowl. Thinly slice steak; place in nonmetal bowl or possibly plastic bag. Add in 1/4 c. steak sauce mix; stir to coat steak strips. Cover; chill at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Remove meat from marinade; throw away marinade. Alternately thread steak, peppers and pineapple onto 8 (12 inch) skewers.
- Grill or possibly broil kabobs for 4 to 6 min or possibly till desired doneness, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce mix. Serve with warm cooked pasta, if you like.
