Receta Teriyaki Steak Skewers

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. A.1. Original Steak Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 x cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 x (1 lb.) boneless beef sirloin steak, 1 inch thick
- 2 med red and/or possibly green bell peppers, cut into squares
- 2 c. fresh or possibly canned pineapple chunks
- Â Â Warm cooked spaghetti, optional
Direcciones
- 1. Mix steak sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in bowl. Thinly slice steak; place in nonmetal bowl or possibly plastic bag. Add in 1/4 c. steak sauce mix; stir to coat steak strips. Cover; chill at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Remove meat from marinade; throw away marinade. Alternately thread steak, peppers and pineapple onto 8 (12 inch) skewers.
- 3. Grill or possibly broil kabobs for 4 to 6 min or possibly till desired doneness, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce mix. Serve with warm cooked pasta, if you like.
