Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 T dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Put flour and salt in a warm bowl. Put yeast in warm water. Let stand 5 min. Mix water solution and oil to dough. Knead 10 min; place in oiled bowl in warm place till dough doubled in size. Spread in pan and pat with oil before topping.
