  • 1 POUND GROUND CHICKEN MEAT
  • 2 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
  • 1 SMALL ZUCCHINI, GRATED
  • 1 CARROT, PEELED AND GRATED
  • 1 TBLSPN CHILI POWDER
  • 3/4 TSPN SALT
  • 1/4 TSPN GROUND CUMIN
  • 1/8 TSPN GROUND RED PEPPER (CAYENNE)
  • NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY

Direcciones

  1. IN MEDIUM BOWL, WITH HANDS, COMBINE ALL INGREDIANTS UNTIL JUST WELL BLENDED, BUT NOT OVERMIXED.
  2. ON WAXED PAPER, SHAPE GROUND CHICKEN MIXTURE INTO FOUR 3 1/2-INCH PATTIES, HANDLING MEAT AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE.
  3. GREASE 12-INCH SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY. HEAT OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT UNTIL VERY HOT. WITH SPATULA, TRANSFER PATTIES TO SKILLET. COOK 6 MINS; TURN PATTIES AND COOK UNTIL NO LONGER PINK INSIDE, ABOUT 6 MINS LONGER.
