Ingredientes

  • 1 pound pasta, Texas shaped, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 chicken cooked, skinned, deboned and minced into bite size pcs
  • 3/4 c. minced celery
  • 3/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 8 green onions, minced
  • 6 ounce. ripe olives, minced and liquid removed
  • 2 ounce. green olives, minced and liquid removed
  • 2 tbsp. green chilies, minced
  • 1 (2 ounce.) jar minced pimentos, liquid removed
  • 2 c. black eyed peas, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. canned, kernel corn, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Refrigeratecovered at least 24 hrs. Serves 12.
