Ingredientes
- 1 pound pasta, Texas shaped, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 chicken cooked, skinned, deboned and minced into bite size pcs
- 3/4 c. minced celery
- 3/4 c. minced green pepper
- 8 green onions, minced
- 6 ounce. ripe olives, minced and liquid removed
- 2 ounce. green olives, minced and liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. green chilies, minced
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar minced pimentos, liquid removed
- 2 c. black eyed peas, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. canned, kernel corn, liquid removed
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Refrigeratecovered at least 24 hrs. Serves 12.
