Ingredientes

  • 5 quart. tomatoes, need not peel
  • 6 c. onions
  • 3 c. green pepper
  • 3 c. jalapenos, seeds and all
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp. salt

Direcciones

  1. Chop (can use blender, but do not make too mushy) all ingredients. Place in big pot and add in salt. Simmer at least 1 hour or possibly till a little thick. Use less jalapenos to make milder. Can or possibly freeze. Use with chips, pour over cream cheese for dip, or possibly great in any recipe calling for picante sauce or possibly salsa.
