Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 x cinnamon sticks - (3" long)
  • 1 c. fresh mint leaves divided
  • 1 bot dry white wine - (750 ml)
  • 2 x lemons sliced
  • 2 x oranges sliced
  • 2 x peaches peeled, sliced
  • 2 c. club soda chilled

Direcciones

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients and 1/2 c. mint leaves to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 min. Remove from heat, and cold. Cover and let stand 8 hrs, if you like. Remove cinnamon sticks and mint leaves with a slotted spoon.
  2. Combine sugar mix, remaining 1/2 c. mint leaves, wine, and next 3 ingredients in a large pitcher; refrigerateovernight, if you like. Stir in club soda before serving. Serve over ice.
  3. This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
