Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry chilies
  • 1/2 c. Shallots, sliced
  • 2 c. Cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanuts, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
  •     Green onions, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till the sugar and salt are competely dissolved. Remove from the heat and cold to room temperature. Combine the vinegar mix with the chilies, shallots and cucumbers; mix well. Serve immediately or possibly the cucumbers will become soft. Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro. Garnish with green onions.
