Receta Thai Fried Spicy Beef

Ingredientes
- 1 pound beef tenderloin slices
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. corn oil
- 1 teaspoon monosodium
- 1/4 c. green warm pepper
- 3 med. onions, sliced
- 2 med. green peppers, sliced
- 3 green onions, cut in 1" strips
Direcciones
- In medium saucepan combine beef strips, garlic, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, sugar, corn oil and monosodium glutamate. Mix together and marinate 1 hour. In frying pan over high heat put oil and beef mix. Fry till beef is medium. Add in remaining ingredients, cooking for 2 min.
