Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. thin spaghetti
  • 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1 c. snow peas, cut into 1" lengths
  • 3 c. fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions (green part only)

Direcciones

  1. Cook spaghetti and drain. Chop peanuts (blender good). Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and water. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add in garlic and onions. Stir about 2 min, then add in snow peas, bean sprouts and 1/2 the soy mix. Cook about 3 min, stirring.
  2. Add in remaining soy mix along with minced peanuts, green onions and liquid removed pasta. Toss well and serve. 4 servings.
