Receta Thai Peanut Noodles

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. thin spaghetti
- 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1 c. snow peas, cut into 1" lengths
- 3 c. fresh bean sprouts
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions (green part only)
Direcciones
- Cook spaghetti and drain. Chop peanuts (blender good). Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and water. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add in garlic and onions. Stir about 2 min, then add in snow peas, bean sprouts and 1/2 the soy mix. Cook about 3 min, stirring.
- Add in remaining soy mix along with minced peanuts, green onions and liquid removed pasta. Toss well and serve. 4 servings.
