Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Shrimp -- * see note
  • 1 x Light Italian Dressing
  •     ,bottle ** see note
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter, chunky
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger root-grated
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 8 ounce Angel hair pasta or possibly capellini
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 x Carrot -- peel, shred
  • 1 c. Green onions -- minced
  • 1/4 c. Fresh cilantro leaves
  •     Minced

Direcciones

  1. Medium shrimp, shelled and deveined.** Newmans Own Light Italian Dressing. In medium bowl, mix shrimp with 1/3 c. Italian dressing. Cover and chill for 1 hour. In small bowl, use whisk to combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, ginger, red pepper and remaining dressing; set aside. After shrimp has marinated 1 hour, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 4-qt saucepan over high heat, heat vegetable oil and sesame oil till very warm; cook carrot 1 minute. Drain shrimp and throw away dressing. Add in shrimp and green onions to carrot in pan.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly, about 3 min or possibly till shrimp turn opaque throughout. In large bowl, toss warm pasta with dressing mix and shrimp mix.Sprinkle with minced cilantro and serve immediately.
