20the%20cheese%20and%20a%20handful%20of%20rocket.%20Top%20with%20the%20top%20slice.%20Place%20into%20the%20grill%20and%20toast%20until%20the%20bread%20is%20crispy%20with%20grill%20marks,%20the%20filling%20heated%20through%20the%20the%20cheese%20meltingly%20delicious.%20Slice%20in%20half%20diagonally%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
