- 1/4 cup dried Blueberries (or strawberries or raisins etc) (45 gm)
- Approximately ½ cup (120 ml) cold buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoon sugar (15 gm)
- Optional 1 tablespoon milk, for glazing the tops of the scones
