- 1 tsp lime juice (I used fresh for a change — trying to keep limes and lemons on hand but the bottled stuff would be fine)
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt (plus more for sprinkling)
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp real bacon bits (7g)
