Receta Thinking of Drinking: Cherry Blossom Old Fashioned

If you like drinks that pack a punch, try this Cherry Blossom Old Fashioned.   District Commons’ Cherry Blossom Old Fashioned Scott Clime – Beverage Director, Passion Food Hospitality Ingredients 2 each            orange segments 2 each            house-made cherries, remove the stem 1/2 ounce      cherry balsamic syrup 2 ounces        Rowan’s Creek Bourbon 2 dashes        orange bitters Procedure In the bottom of our highball glass, muddle 2 orange segments, 2 house made cherries without the stem & ½ ounce of cherry balsamic syrup.  Add 2 ounces of Rowan’s Creek bourbon, 2 dashes of house made orange bitters and shake to combine.  Garnish with an orange peel and cherry.
