,%20but%20I%E2%80%99ll%20probably%20drop%20a%20class%20once%20I%20get%20things%20figured%20out.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20supposed%20to%20snow%20today%20(still%20hasn%E2%80%99t%20yet,%20knock%20on%20wood!)%20and%20I%20was%20wearing%20my%20Mary%20Poppins%20outfit%20so%20I%20had%20the%20husband%20drive%20me%20to%20school%20this%20morning.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThat%20kind%20of%20cute%20is%20so%20worth%20it!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20got%20breakfast%20from%20the%20food%20court%20while%20I%20studied%20for%20my%20test,%20a%20toasted%20everything%20bagel%20with%20honey%20walnut%20cream%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELove%20that%20savory/sweet%20combo!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20test%20went%20well,%20not%20a%20100%25%20but%20I%E2%80%99ll%20be%20surprised%20if%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20have%20an%20A.%20%20Afterwards%20I%20had%20to%20meet%20up%20with%20my%20group%20to%20work%20on%20the%20poster%20for%20our%20presentation.%20%20When%20Orgo%20rolled%20around%20at%201:00%20we%20still%20weren%E2%80%99t%20done,%20ugh.%20%20I%20snacked%20on%20this%20amazing%20combo%20from%20home%20while%20we%20worked.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20serving%20of%20dried%20hibiscus%20and%202%20servings%20of%20Sahale%20Snacks%20Sing%20Buri%20Cashews.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENot%20gonna%20lie,%20my%20afternoon%20snack%20was%20much%20much%20less%20impressive%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20dip%20was%20disgusting%20and%20got%20tossed,%20but%20I%20demolished%20the%20bag%20of%20chips%20%20%20%20This%20was%20supposed%20to%20be%20my%20bribe%20to%20study%20in%20the%20evening,%20but%20then%20a%20whole%20UPS%20debacle%20happened%20and%20this%20ended%20up%20being%20just%20a%20really%20unhealthy%20snack!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20was%20one%20of%20those%20fabulous%20%E2%80%98I%20told%20you%20blog%20reading%20isn%E2%80%99t%20a%20waste%20of%20time,%20husband%E2%80%99%20gems.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20been%20reading%20Kath%E2%80%99s%20blog%20since%202008(!!)%20and%20I%20actually%20bookmarked%20this%20recipe%20way%20back%20in%20February%20of%202009!%20%20Tofu%20Quiche.%20%20You%20won%E2%80%99t%20believe%20it%20but%20my%20version%20was%20actually%20less%20cheesy%20than%20the%20original%20-%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20most%20part%20I%20followed%20Kath%E2%80%99s%20lead,%20but%20we%20did%20make%20a%20few%20minor%20changes,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epulsed%20several%20times%20to%20chop%20up%20the%20veggies%20rather%20than%20leaving%20them%20whole%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eskipped%20the%20crust%20entirely%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOur%20version%20was%20delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20hurried%20and%20cut%20before%20it%20set,%20but%20the%20flavors%20were%20spot%20on.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20extra%20cheese%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20missed%20and%20I%20actually%20wished%20we%20had%20added%20more%20veggies.%20%20Adam%20was%20totally%20in%20love%20with%20this%20too.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20a%20very%20long,%20very%20fruitless%20drive%20to%20UPS%20we%20came%20home%20and%20caught%20up%20on%20tv.%20%20%E2%80%A6..after%20a%20trip%20the%20Wegman%E2%80%99s%20candy%20bulk%20bins.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJumbo%20malted%20milk%20balls?%20%20Yes%20please!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDo%20you%20try%20out%20recipes%20from%20food%20blogs?%20%20Any%20major%20successes?%20%20(Or%20failures!?)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
