Three Bread Stuffing

Delicious, moist dressing made with day old breads.

Ingredientes

  • 2 cups crumbled cornbread
  • 2 cups crumbled biscuits
  • 2 cups torn bread of any type.
  • 1 tbs. butter
  • 2 tbs. scallions
  • 1/3 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 cups chicken or turkey broth

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Saute the veggies in tbs. butter.
  3. Combine them with the other ingredients and spoon into a 9x13 baking pan.
  4. Bake 45 minutes or until golen on top.
  5. Makes six cups.
