Receta Three Bread Stuffing
Delicious, moist dressing made with day old breads.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups crumbled cornbread
- 2 cups crumbled biscuits
- 2 cups torn bread of any type.
- 1 tbs. butter
- 2 tbs. scallions
- 1/3 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 cups chicken or turkey broth
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Saute the veggies in tbs. butter.
- Combine them with the other ingredients and spoon into a 9x13 baking pan.
- Bake 45 minutes or until golen on top.
- Makes six cups.
