%20I%20was%20thrilled%20to%20wake%20up%20to%20a%20pre-made%20breakfast.%20%20Overnight%20oats%20in%20a%20jar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20pb%20jar%20with%20just%20a%20little%20peanut%20butter%20left%20(approximately%202%20Tbsp)%20I%20combined%201/4%20cup%20of%20oats,%201/4%20cup%20Silk%20Unsweetened%20Almond%20Milk,%20and%20a%20caramel%20Oikos.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20delicious.%20%20And%20I%20have%20another%20round%20of%20OIAJ%20planned%20for%20tomorrow%20too,%20woot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELunch%20was%20leftovers.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20weren%E2%80%99t%20mine%20but%20they%20were%20good.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20mom%20got%20this%20cucumber%20salad%20as%20the%20side%20with%20her%20meal%20at%20Lagerhaus%2095.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20afternoon%20I%20had%20a%20shift%20at%20work%20and%20an%20errand%20to%20run%20so%20I%20was%20thrilled%20when%20I%20came%20home%20to%20dinner%20already%20made.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdam%20made%20tuna%20mac%20(cheap%20mac%20and%20cheese%20with%20spinach,%20edamame,%20and%20tuna%20stirred%20in).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20added%20more%20veggies%20(edamame%20and%20peas)%20and%20cheese%20(a%20few%20cubes%20of%20sharp%20cheddar)%20to%20my%20serving.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20good%20but%20box%20mac%20and%20cheese%20is%20always%20disappointingly%20bland.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20came%20desserts.%20%20Yes,%20sssssss;%20there%20were%20three.%20%20First%20was%20a%20Jell-o%20%E2%80%98Smores%20Pudding%20cup.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMeh.%20%20I%20thought%20it%20would%20be%20more%20exciting%20than%20it%20was.%20%20But%20Adam%20loved%20it,%20and%20now%20I%E2%80%99m%20inspired%20to%20make%20a%20better,%20homemade%20version%20soon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESecond%20was%20apple%20dippers.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20green%20apple%20dipped%20in%20a%20heaping%20Tbsp%20each%20Crunchy%20Biscoff%20and%20Dark%20Chocolate%20Dreams%20peanut%20butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDelicious.%20%20You%20can%E2%80%99t%20go%20wrong%20with%20either%20of%20those%20dips.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFinally,%20I%20ate%20four%20Dove%20Coconut%20Cream%20Eggs.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPerfect!%20%20My%20mom%20bought%20me%20these%20for%20Easter%20with%20strict%20instructions%20not%20to%20open%20them%20until%20next%20Sunday%20but%20they%20are%20already%20mostly%20gone,%20whoops.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20Easter%20candy%20are%20you%20most%20excited%20for?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
