Receta Three Berry Dessert
Ingredientes
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Direcciones
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, lemon juice & yogurt until mixed well.
- Spread over crust.
- Spread berries over cream cheese layer.
- Topping: Spread cool whip over filling layer.
- Decorate.
