Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Thyme
  •     Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Minced parsley
  • 4 x Turkey cutlets, pounded, (about 1 lb.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, divided
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Garlic clove chopped
  •     Lemon slices for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine thyme, salt, garlic and parsley. Sprinkle both sides of cutlets with mix. In medium skillet with 1 Tbsp. melted butter and oil on medium- high heat, saute/fry cutlets on each side till slightly browned. Transfer to plate. Keep hot. In small saucepan, heat remaining Tbsp. butter till warm and foamy. Fold in lemon juice. Pour mix over cutlets. Serve hot with lemon slices.
