Ingredientes

  • 2 c. mascarpone cheese
  • 3 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 whl sponge cake
  • 1/4 c. cocoa pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Combine mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla, coffee liqueur, and instant coffee in a mixing bowl and whip till stiff.
  2. Split sponge cake in thirds. Spread 1/2 of cream mix on bottom layer.
  3. Place middle layer on it, spread with remaining cream. Replace top layer.
  4. Chill for 1 hour. Just before serving, dust top of cake with cocoa pwdr.
