  •     extra virgin olive oil
  •     fennel seeds crushed
  • 1 pch chilli pwdr
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Use any nice flaking fish such as hake mullet cod or possibly bream.
  2. Roast or possibly pan fry the fish with some extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with crushed fennel seeds chilli pwdr salt and freshly grnd black pepper.
