- Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, large eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mix for 4 min. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased and lightly floured 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.Cool in pan 15 min; top with coconut cream cheese frosting.
- Mix all ingredients, spread over cool cake. Then, heat 2 tbsp butter in frying pan. Add in 2 1/2 cups coconut, stir constantly over low heat till golden. Let cool, sprinkle over cake.
