Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Pecans minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly magarine
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 x tes Salt
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar - (packed)
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee crystals
  •     Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Place pecans in an 8-inch square baking pan. Dot with butter or possibly margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min or possibly till toasted, stirring often.
  2. Meanwhile, in mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Stir in the pecan-butter mix, 1/2 c. lowfat milk and vanilla. Turn batter into the same greased 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle brown sugar proportionately over batter. In a small saucepan combine water, 3/4 c. lowfat milk and coffee crystals. Cook and stir just till boiling; slowly pour over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
  3. To serve, spoon each hot serving into a sherbet dish; spoon any additional pudding mix atop. If you like, serve with ice cream.
