Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread sliced into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 c. goat cheese
  • 1 x egg hard boiled and minced
  • 1/2 c. Kalamata olives, pitted and minced
  • 2 x anchovy fillets, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. capers
  • 1 clv garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Cognac
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil

Direcciones

  1. Lightly toast bread and spread with goat cheese. Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor and process till finely minced.
  2. Spread a portion of tapenade on each bread slice. Cut slices into quarters and serve.
  3. Note: Slimmers -: You can omit the cognac if you can't or possibly don't want to include alcohol in this dish.
