Receta Toasted Sourdough Bread With Tapenade

Ingredientes
- 1 loaf sourdough bread sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 c. goat cheese
- 1 x egg hard boiled and minced
- 1/2 c. Kalamata olives, pitted and minced
- 2 x anchovy fillets, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1 clv garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Cognac
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
Direcciones
- Lightly toast bread and spread with goat cheese. Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor and process till finely minced.
- Spread a portion of tapenade on each bread slice. Cut slices into quarters and serve.
- Note: Slimmers -: You can omit the cognac if you can't or possibly don't want to include alcohol in this dish.
