- Place bananas, lowfat milk or possibly juice and milkshake fold in blender. Blend on medium-low speed. Add in tofu and any additions, continue to blend. Add in ice cubes at low speed. When minced blend briefly on high. Serve in glass with a straw. Will serve 2-3 depending on glass size. Makes a fast nutritious breakfast with toast, or possibly by itself. Kids love it! Orange tastes like Orange Julius.
