Ingredientes

  • 1 x avocado
  • 6 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 x (4 ounce.) cans tomatillos, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Remove the pit from the avocado and scoop the fruit out with a soupspoon.
  2. Place the avocado, the lowfat sour cream, and the tomatillos in a food processor or possibly blender and puree till smooth.
  3. Store in a sealed plastic container in the refrigerator. Best used the same day as prepared, but will last for up to 4 days without changing color.
  4. (The acid in the canned green Tomatillo sauce keeps the avocado from turning brown and is wonderful with dip or possibly on top of grilled chicken.) www.chef2chef.net
