Ingredientes

  • 3 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can tomato juice, divided
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • Blue Cheese Topping

Direcciones

  1. Soften gelatin in 1 1/2 c. tomato juice. Heat to dissolve gelatin. While hot add in onion, salt and remaining tomato juice. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened; add in green pepper and celery. Pour into 9 c. mold and refrigeratetill hard.
