Ingredientes

  • 4 slices Semolina or possibly Italian bread
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 16 to 20 basil leaves
  • 8 thin slices fresh Mozzarella
  • 12 thin slices plum tomato

Direcciones

  1. Drizzle bread with oil. cover each slice with basil, then top with Mozzarella and tomatoes. Serve open faced.
