Ingredientes

  • 6 lrg Tomatoes -- sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Kalamata olived -- pitted
  •     And halved
  • 1/3 c. Blue cheese -- crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. Capers -- liquid removed
  • 4 x Anchovies -- minced
  •     Fresh basil leaves

Direcciones

  1. Arrange tomatoes on large platter. Drizzle with vinegar, then oil. Sprinkle very lightly with salt and generously with pepper. Sprinkle with olives, blue cheese, capers and anchovies, if disired. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
