Ingredientes

  • 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. favorite macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • Salt
  • Grnd pepper
  • 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • Fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine macaroni, lowfat milk, half of the Parmesan cheese, onion, Large eggs, and seasonings. Mix well; stir in Mozzarella cheese and pour half in a greased 2 qt casserole. Top with one tomato sliced, then remaining macaroni mix. Toss crumbs with butter. Arrange remaining tomato on top and sprinkle with crumbs. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 min. Serve warm, garnished with parsley. Serves 6-8.
