Ingredientes
12 ripe tomatoes, peeled, cored & diced
3 onions, minced
3 sweet red peppers, seeded
1 sm. warm pepper, minced
1 cucumber, seeded, minced
1 c. raisins
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 c. brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tbsp. ginger
2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
Combine, boil then simmer till thick (about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs). Process 10 min in boiling water bath canner.
