Ingredientes
- 12 ripe tomatoes, peeled, cored & diced
- 3 onions, minced
- 3 sweet red peppers, seeded
- 1 sm. warm pepper, minced
- 1 cucumber, seeded, minced
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Combine, boil then simmer till thick (about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs). Process 10 min in boiling water bath canner.
