Tomato Mac 'N' Ground Turkey

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 pound grnd turkey
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced scallions
  • 1 (11 1/8 ounce.) can condensed Italian tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional)

Direcciones

  1. On conventional stove, cook macaroni as package directs, stirring midway through cooking. Microwave on HIGH till meat is no longer pink, about 4 min. Drain grease if any and throw away. Stir in soup, water, pepper and garlic pwdr. Cover with lid or possibly vented plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 4 min. Stir to smooth sauce.
  2. Drain cooked macaroni; fold into tomato mix. If you like, top with cheese. Don't COVER. Microwave on HIGH till mix is steaming warm as cheese melts, 3-4 min.
