Receta Tomato Onion Marinade

Ingredientes

1/2 c. tomato juice 1/2 c. oil 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. onion slices

2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped 1/2 teaspoon each dry oregano and thyme leaves Salt and black pepper

Direcciones

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add in meat of your choice, mixing well to coat proportionately. Cover and chill for 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Drain marinade. Cook meat to desired doneness, basting occasionally with marinade.
