Ingredientes

  • 1 can (28-ounce) tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. Cool chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  •     Parsley flakes
  •     Thinly sliced cucumber
  •     Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Combine tomatoes, broth, chopped onion, paprika, garlic pwdr, salt, and pepper in container of electric blender. Blend well. Add in oil; beat 1 second longer. Serve thoroughly chilled, garnished with parsley flakes and sliced cucumber rolled in paprika.
