  • 1 egg
  • 4 T oil
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. water, more if needed
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. buttermilk pancake mix
  • 4 T sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. With a whisk mix egg, oil, water, and vanilla in a bowl; blend together pancake mix, sugar, and baking pwdr. Gradually add in dry ingredients to liquid mix, mixing well.Cook pancakes on slightly greased griddle over medium heat, using about 1/4 cup butter for each. Turn and cook 2 min longer.
