Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Evaporated Skim Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Unfavoured Gelatin
  • 1 tsp Cool water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Refrigerateevaporated lowfat milk. Sprinkle gelatin over cool water in small saucepan, then stir over low heat till dissolved. Add in to lowfat milk and beat till stiff. Add in sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Use immediately, or possibly beat again before serving.
