Topsy Turvy Lemon Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 x 9-inch pie crust, deep dish
  • 8 ounce Light cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Corn syrup
  • 2 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Add in egg and blend well. Spread proportionately in bottom of pie shell. Beat all ingredients for lemon layer together till smooth. Pour over cheese layer. Bake at 350 for 50-55 mins.
  2. or possibly till set and golden brown. Cold on rack. Garnish with whipped cream if you like.
  3. NOTES : When this pie is baking the cheese layer comes to the top and the lemon layer goes to the bottom.
