Tortilla (omelette with potatoes)

Spanish cuisine. One of my favorite dishes.

Ingredientes

  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 eggs
  • salt

Direcciones

  1. Dice potatoes with onions and fry under cover until they become golden
  2. Add salt.
  3. Beat up the eggs.
  4. Put potatoes into a deep bowl, add the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
  5. Then put mixture again into the pan and fry under the cover for several minutes.
  6. Get a large flat plate, and turn pan quickly on it (better do it over a sink, because of possible steaming liquid)
  7. Then put back into the pan and fry for a few more minutes under the cover.
