Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce container frzn avocado dip, thawed
  • 3 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas (hot in microwave - 10 seconds on high)
  • 8 ounce thinly sliced cooked roast beef or possibly turkey
  • Leaf lettuce
  • 4 ounce (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Tomato salsa

Direcciones

  1. Put together avocado dip and cream cheese; blend dip. Spread each tortilla evenly with avocado mix to within 1/2 inch of edge. Arrange slices of meat, cheese, lettuce and sprouts over avocado mix. Spoon on desired salsa. Roll up each tortilla; secure with toothpicks. Serve immediately or possibly wrap in plastic wrap and chill.
