Ingredientes

  • 20 ounce. refried beans
  • 1 tbsp. picante sauce
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 6 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 sm. pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (7 ounce.) can diced Ortega chiles
  • 8 ounce. grated Jack cheese
  • 8 ounce. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sm. can minced or possibly sliced olives
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 green onions
  • Tortilla or possibly corn chips

Direcciones

  1. Spread in layers in 9 x 12 inch glass dish.
  2. Layer 1: Refried beans mixed with picante sauce. Spread in bottom of dish.
  3. Layer 2: 2 mashed avocados sprinkled with lemon juice.
  4. Layer 3: Mix together mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
  5. Layer 4: Can diced Ortega chiles.
  6. Layer 5: Grated Jack and Cheddar cheese.
  7. Layer 6: Can olives.
  8. Layer 7: 2 hard tomatoes, finely minced. 3 green onions, finely minced.
  9. Dip with tortilla chips or possibly corn chips.
