Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Onion, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato puree
  • 2 can Cooked haricot beans, liquid removed
  • 2 can Plum tomatoes, minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic
  • 100 ml Red wine
  • 8 x Toulouse sausages
  • 3 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Breadcrumbs, fried in extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter and fry the onions and tomato puree. Add in the next five ingredients and cook for 10-15 min.
  2. Meanwhile grill the sausages. To serve spoon beans on plate, top with sausages and scatter over the parsley and crumbs.
