Receta Traditional Bolognaise Sauce

- Heat unsalted butter in a large frying pan.
- Next, add in minced vegetables, browning them slightly for a few min while constantly stirring the contents of the frying pan.
- Add in finely minced meats, brown with vegetables for 10 min over medium heat. Mix well and stir during cooking.
- Next add in tomato coulis, salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients well, simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 min, stirring sauce from time to time.
- Pour several Tbsp. of warm Bolognaise sauce over pasta and serve.
