Ingredientes

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk (NOT evaporated lowfat milk)
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake 35 to 40 min longer or possibly till knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cold. Garnish as desired. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie. Chill leftovers.
