Receta Tres Leches Cake
This cake is one of my favorite Spanish dessert recipes. It is made with three kind of milk.

- Combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the milk into the eggs. Fold in the dry ingrediends a little at a time , until well mixed.Pour into a well greased and floured 13 x 9 inch cake pan.Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
- After cake is completely cooled, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cake, but do not remove it from the pan. Leave the cake uncovered for 24 hours prior to soaking.
- Soaking the Cake and Assembly
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Pour over the cake which should still be in the pan. Add a little at a time, until the cakes absorbs as much as possible. Chill the cake in the refrigerator, for a minimum of four hours.
- Whip the heavy cream at high speed, with an electric mixer. Add in the sugar and vanilla and beat until whipped. When the cake is finished soaking, invert it on a plate and frost the sides and top with the whipped cream. Enjoy!
